Join me for part two of Spinal Health Workshop building on Part 1 - we take a deeper dive into embodiment of vitality.

Our spine is a spectacular piece of engineering. With 33 interlocking bones, 24 moving vertebrae and 139 synovial joints, it has an amazing capacity to respond and react to our every movement. The spine and spinal cord are one of the first structures to form in the developmental stages. When we learn to move again through the spine, we learn to move from our centre this supports a healthy spine and awareness of our bodies, which in turn supports a balanced nervous system.

Join me for a morning of yoga. These 3 hour workshops are a great way to deepen your understanding and develop your yoga practice. We will explore different themes throughout each sessions, building our knowledge and experience. With each practice becoming a movement meditation accompanied by breath practices and healthy and nutritious snacks, you will leave feeling relaxed and restored.
