Relax, Restore and Rebalance Yoga Workshop
As the Summer starts to appear on the horizon, why not give yourself some space to rebalance and restore?
Come and enjoy this 3-hour workshop, with plenty of time to explore ways to open the body, create space, deeply relax and let go of tension and to return the body and mind to our naturally open and restful state. This Yin inspired class we uses props to support the body to open and receive all the essential benefits of the the postures with minimal effort.
We will move on our mats, explore some breath work practices and work towards meditation with a deeply restorative sequences to balance your mind, body and soul.
