This Yin inspired class we uses props to support the body to open and receive all the essential benefits of the the postures with minimal effort.

Join me for a morning of yoga. These 3 hour workshops are a great way to deepen your understanding and develop your yoga practice. We will explore different themes throughout each sessions, building our knowledge and experience. With each practice becoming a movement meditation accompanied by breath practices and healthy and nutritious snacks, you will leave feeling relaxed and restored.
