This workshop will focus on ways in which we can truly gain an understanding of yoga postures in order to confidently develop a home practice. As the proverb explains, learning really only comes about with the physical process of doing and with an inquiry based approach to yoga practices we can really start to reap the rewards of a deeply personal and relevant practice.
We will spend the 3 hours exploring and discovering 10 core poses and approaches to these poses. Developing deeper awareness of movement principles, your unique patterning and postural habits and learn to join the dots to make sense of individual shapes when your practicing at home. We will unpack a simple breath work practice that helps balance the nervous system - to leave you feeling rejuvenated and restored.
