Beginners & Mixed Class

 

Connect with the present moment through breathing exercises and somatic postures. Develop awareness of your body, learn to unwind and release.  Work with the mind to move towards stillness and tranquility even in the busiest of times.  


Yoga Gently Class

A focus on flowing movements, relaxation and pranayama practices that fuse with meditation. Begin to open the body carefully, developing awareness, stability and mobility while increasing relaxation.  Suitable for any age or ability who wants to practice yoga gently, especially those that are recovering from surgery or injury.
