Online Scaravelli Yoga

 

Connect with the present moment through breathing exercises and somatic postures. Develop awareness of your body, learn to unwind and release.  Work with the mind to move towards stillness and tranquility even in the busiest of times.  


In person Chair Yoga

A focus on maintaining healthy range of motion and mobility functional movements, relaxation and breath practices to support us as we age.

Suitable for any age or ability who wants to practice yoga gently, especially those that are recovering from surgery or injury. Can be done on a chair, mat or standing.
