— Hannah Guy

In March 2016, Hannah gave birth to her baby daughter, Isabella. Her pregnancy was a cherished experience, made more enjoyable through her continued yoga practice, nurturing both mum and baby, cultivating an attitude of curiosity, patience and compassion. Yoga has continued to enrich her and allow her to flourish during the journey into motherhood, with all its challenges and physical and emotional changes. Practicing foundational poses and working with the breath, being within the body have provided focus, grounding and steadiness in the most busy of times.
