This 3-hour workshop builds on last years Spine Workshop to develop explorations into the wonderful ways we can explore healthy functional movement in the spine.

In yoga our spine is at the heart of our practice – it’s a constant element in each pose, here we explore and develop our awareness of this and understand how we can free tension and allow the body to open naturally.
In this practical workshop we will move on our mats, explore breath work practices and mediations, with a deeply restorative relaxation to send us on our way feeling great.
Workshops are £25, which includes a healthy and delicious raw food snack.
