Relax, Restore and Rebalance Yoga Workshop
As the autumn is upon us and the nights draw in, this is a time of year that nature starts to slow down and the time of year when we start to turn inwards, and allow more time to nature ourselves over the winter months ahead.
Come and enjoy this 3-hour workshop, with plenty of time to explore ways to create space in our bodies, to relax and let go of tension and to return the body and mind to the quite calm within us all.
We will move on our mats, explore some breath work practices and work towards mediation with a deeply restorative sequence to end.
