Curious about Yoga and how joining movement

with breath can benefit you?

Want to learn to move with freedom and become

more strong and stable, benefiting your body, mind

and heart with playful challenges.

This workshop will explore gentle yet challenging

approach suitable for everybody. It will help you

discover and release habitual patterns of holding

tension in body and breath. Finding space and

openness in the body, and flexibility in the mind.

Learning how to really ‘let go’ and embody the

movements and return to a sense of wholeness.

The two hour workshop will be filled with fun and

safe ways to explore individual alignment, mobility

and functional range through the major joints in

the body, woven in between breath work practices.

Closing with a rejuvenating restorative sequence

designed to leave you feeling relaxed and ready for

all that 2018 brings your way.

Followed by some deliciously nutritious snacks and

recipes to help fuel your onwards journeys in mind,

body and spirit.
